We collect information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company name, billing information. We also collect usage data: API calls, resource utilization, and service logs to operate and improve our platform.

To provide, maintain, and improve our Services; process transactions; send technical notifications and service updates; respond to support requests; comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Storage and Security

All customer data is stored within Bangladesh in our Kaliakair and Jashore data centers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by contacting support.

6. Your Rights

7. Website Analytics and Local Storage

We operate first-party website analytics to understand referral sources, pages viewed, navigation and call-to-action interactions, scroll progress, device category, approximate country, and active time on a page. A random session identifier is stored for the browser tab and a random pseudonymous visitor identifier may be retained in local storage for up to 90 days. We do not retain raw IP addresses in analytics; a daily rotating one-way hash is used for coarse security and uniqueness controls. If you submit a contact, feedback, or estimate form, that submission may be linked to the same website session so our authorized team can understand the journey that led to the request. We do not place form contents inside analytics events, and we honor supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals.

8. Authentication Cookies

We use strictly necessary, secure cookies for protected administrative access and platform operation. The administrative cookie is HTTP-only, same-site, short-lived, and contains an opaque random token rather than a password.

9. Bot Protection

Our feedback form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for this security purpose under its applicable privacy commitments. The verification token is validated by our server and is not stored with your survey response.
